cross flow head

what is a cross flow head? are they for a 240-300 or the smaller motors

well a cross flow head in the name is intake on one side exh. on the other. FTF has a CF for a BB6 and there are Xflow head for SB6 for witch SB6 i do not know.

Up until 1970 the Aussie's used the same log head that the US had.

Middle 1970 Ford AU introduced the 250-2v head with the bolt on intake.

In 1976 Ford AU introduced the crossflow head in cast iron.

In 1978 the Aluminum crossflow head with carb was introduced. Slightly later it was updated to EFI.

In 1988 Ford AU introduced the 250 Overhead cam motor.

so none of these are for the 240-300 ? where can a person get a alum head for a 240-300
