I finally got the modified head swapped on my motor and installed the 350 Holley 2V carb. The head was an old unit I had that was rebuilt by Mike's head porter. The head had already been modified for a direct mount 2V, but it also now sports 175/150 valves, mild port and polish, 302 valve springs and the head has been milled around .060. I also installed an adjustable rocker assembly. Mike's head porter did a fantastic job on the head!!
It really pulls hard in high gear at the drag strip. Oh yeah...been out with it yesterday. You'll have to check my other post in the 1320 Crowd section of this forum titled "Back to the track"...the track results were phenomenal....at least I thought so!
