efi + cdi = trouble???

Hello! I put a similar posting of the efi tech page, no response. Has anyone out there fitted a CDI to an efi motor (mine is EECIV XF type). I am a bit worried about potential noise issues and the like. Also, are there any gains to be made with a CDI over a standard electronic ignition?? Does anyone out there know?????

Noise can be an issue, but using filters will stop any problem you may have.
