I finshed my Edelbrock electric pump install (bought the pump a year ago, that's how long my projects take.) with a Mallory pressure regulator. I used -6an Pro-Classic hose & fittings. For the return. I used my stock line. Also, used a Ron Morris sender. Relay in the trunk powering the pump with an inertia switch on the 12v trigger to the relay.

Did anyone other than ford use inertia switches? Older stuff I have seem most use oil pressure. Newer stuff seems to just be of the ecu, no tach no fuel. Places like Jegs and Summit sell the oil pressure kits but I have not noticed inertia switches. At least there are plenty of fords in junk yards so they are easy to find used.

The switches are not that expensive (well atleast 8 or so years ago) at the dealership, about $12 - $14. Although I grabbed a chunk of the wiring harness with connector for the switch for a dollar or less at a junkyard.

Other makes also used an inertia switch. I also used an on/off switch of by the dash. This way I can turn it off if I had to.

I love the Russell hose. It is so easy to work with instead of the braided stuff.

The hose is from Russell (Edelbrock) which you can find at Summit or Jegs. You should be ok doing the whole system with it. Only my return line is metal.

I bought the sending unit from Ron Morris Performance. They are normally used with EFI conversion's.
