Engine Build Help

I'm building up my 200 (70 block, 69 head) and wanted some input as to what I want to get and if it seems like it'll work or just fall flat. I'm just going to list off what has been done and what I want to do.

Done:
Over sive valves (1.75 intake 1.46 exhaust)
302 valve springs
headers
pertronix kit in stock distributor
MSD coil

New parts and maching
mill head to get 54cc chambers
bore block out to .030"
flat top pistons
CSC-274-HSP-08 cam (274/274, @.050 224/224, lift @1.5 .480/.480, L/C 108, Range 1800-5700) I want a real lopey cam
Weber 32/36 Carb
Head Gasket ( I'm getting a felpro with a compressed thickness of .050)

All the other little parts (variable timing set, valve retainers, rings, gaskets) I'm going to replace too, I just am doubting my math on this. It seems like the 32/36 won't be enough carb for my application, and I'm aiming for around 9.0-9.3 compression ration (my math is showing 9.08, but an online calculator gave me 9.98). I know I need to upgrade the ignition, and I am going to hit up the yards for a duraspark distributor. I'm not looking for a mild build, I want this thing to have some umph to it. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Are you mounting the carb with an adapter or machining the head flat and jb welding one on? That will make a noticable difference on how much power your set up can make. Also what is the application of the vehicle? Daily driver, show car, race car? You said "You dont want a mild build" So do you want to fall above or below that mark?

I have a 2bbl adaptor that I was going to have machined on, so I can hog out the intake port for the weber. Gas milage and driveabilty is not a concern for this as I'm still young enough to not really care. I'm looking for pretty much a power increase. Also I'm running a SROD to the stock rear end for now if that matter. I think it's either the 6 or 7 inch rear end.

I too am wondering if you will have enough carb for the build.
Have you thought about using a 1.08 Autolite or Holley 2300?
