i am taking it slowly but i am removing my engine today/tomorow, i have to take it easy as i have Chronic Fatigue and exerting myself can put me in bed for days, i have an engine crane and a leveller, my question is to where you lift from, i am leaving gear box in for now, so i would gather a bell housing bolt hole and maybe a front head bolt? Any help appreciated, i have decided to do the rear main seal out of the car with a neoprene one, i also got hold of a steel shim head gasket and NOS gasket set so may use all them as well. On the other hand i may be purchasing a 221 with machined out 250 head and single rail 4 speed, this motor has a ported head, crow valve springs, anti pump lifters and a 500 Holley, all it needs is a mild hyd cam to be a fast little motor. If i have time to do it all, as we have our Six Banger Nats coming up in a few weeks, or i will continue to re gasket my little 200, i am not rebuilding the whole engine at this stage, but you think its worth while taking the valve train off and cleaning out the shaft etc, head has been off and replaced with a 221 head about 10 years ago
