Engine ID

I recently purchased a 1966 Ford Mustang for way under market value. When I got it home, found the fuel pump was bad and needed replaced. Then discovered original engine had been replaced. I was hoping to ID the new engine. It may be a Ford 170 inline 6 but the fuel pump doesn't match those of other fuel pumps. Any help would beneficial. Thank you.

... looks to be D8BE (or D5BE ?) - later 70's era block and the EOBE Head would be '1980 late 200 era head. 200 motor from pics of high starter. Choke riser for old 1100 type carb is clamped to exhaust manifold. DUI distrib connected to intake vac' port, looks like Carb loadamatic vacuum port disconnected and open -?
