Exhaust Bolts

What is the best way to install exhaust bolts? I read somewhere about using cornstarch, anyone know anything about that? Or antisieze, copper or nickle? What works or what do you do?

Hi, my first choice would be a set of studs, but I usually get grade 8 bolts and washers and use never seize. Gently snug the the bolts down from the center to the ends and finish off at about 20 - 24 foot lbs, in 3 stages, which is really not that tight. Good luck
