Flow bench MAF sensor

I currently have a bad MAF sensor in my flow bench. In doing some additional home work I've decided I'd like a much smaller one. For the sensor I picked up I'm using about .75 of a volt of its 5 volt range. So I'm looking for a smaller MAF. Some of the Bosch sensors I'd be able to use would give me 2-3 volts of usable range but I can't find enough data on them.

Anyone know of a MAF that has a datasheet available (MAF transfer function) as well as physical data.
