I own a 1959 Edsel that has a 223 I6 engine (stock) with a single barrel Holley Carb. What simple tricks can I perform on this engine to get better performance?
They have a 2 or 4bbl carb intake manifold that'll take Webers or Holleys with an adaptor they can supply. You want about 390 cfm on a 4bbl. carb. I'm not sure the cfm for a 2 bbl.
They also have shorty headers for your rig. The combination of the two should be good for a 15% increase in HP and a signifigant increase in torque as well.
