I see that on Fordsixparts.com you can order a dual exhast header. But I dont see any dual exhast pipes? Where can I get those?

Your local muffler shop can hook you up with a set for your ride.

anything after the header or manifold is custom so the exhaust shop can make whatever configuration you want
im in the process of converting my mustang to dual and seen that many people have used v8 tailpipes and custom fab.d the intermediate pipe connecting mufflers to headers. i picked up my tail pipes for 30$ a piece through Must. Unl. and i think im gonna used stainless flexible exhaust pipes thru JC whitney instead of fabricating something
