GASSED, DYNOED, SONNY, P100, best springs for TE Cortina?

TC STEVE, where did you get your Saab wheels from cos I want some and do they look any good? About the rear swaybar, the TE one bolts right in, it is one of the few suspension mods on my car. Is it worth keeping if I go and upgrade the rest of the suspension like Xecute suggested, or will it destroy the balance? Where would I be able to get softer springs from, could I just order king springs at a standard height? I am working on finding correct part numbers and places to get parts at the moment so I can do the suspension at the end of the year(my kinda christmas present). Ive got a question about brakes, should I ask here or in the driveline section?

I got my saab rims from a dude living out the edge of town, ie i have 3 turbo saabs and lots of money. Killer house and nice wife too. Sold me all 4 rims for $100 as he put mags on one of his 900's
King springs will do a lowered slowing progression spring or lower spring rate with the same amount of coils just an inch or two lower. Best bet is to email them. If you want a response don't say your inquiring about prices. Say im currently upgrading my suspension and want to know what products you offer for my Corty. Upgrading, your products, my corty their the keys words. Get quick responses this way then you can ask a price and product number so you can order asap. 8)
What brake stuff you want to know about. As far as i know its hoppers stoppers all the way if you don't want any hassles and what her to pull up. Steve

Hoppers stoppers? Sounds interesting! Can you give us some details? I've heard that on Mk2 escorts that you can use a volvo 4 pot caliper with very minimal mods as a good brake upgrade. My question is would this work on a Cortina? I know the escort cortina stud pattern is the same and the discs look similar too, but I'm still not sure if that means it will work. Brake\suspension upgrades need to be done before I go turbo(hopefully early next year). Thanks for the help with the king springs, I'll email them now.

Eskys have different suspension not much is interchangable. Esky strut like MK 1 and 2 Corty thats it.

You can also run rx7 set ups, XB falcon masters, remote boosters, holden and XW falcon stuff. Ive also heard or Rav4 being interchangable. Best to search for it in the driveline board or on a ford/corty site. PM recieved
