So I hooked up my AEM O2 sensor this afternoon and dove headfirst in jetting 101. As soon as I started the car the AFR went to 10, I then adj with the idle mix screw and nothing happened. So then I went to check out the Idle jets and noticed one was missing!!!! I take a quick look around and notice it laying in my motor mount. Well the threads on the holder are shot so I need a new holder. But I yanked out all my jets and came up with some interesting numbering on a couple.
Mains: 315 & 223
Air: 195 & 165
Idle: 70 & 60
Emulsion Tube: 05 & 16
Pump Jet: 4
From reading the Sticky Post on H/W Jetting I can assume that the Mains 315 = 150 and the 223 = 130.
But what is the 05 & 16 Emulsion Tube #??? And the 4 on the Pump Jet, would that = 040???
Also, on the Sec side of the carb the idle jet screws all the way in while on the Prim side the screw (holder) stick out a bit. I found this info while looking around that mentions that some Weber DGV's had two size of Idle Jets. Has anyone seen this on a H/W 5200?? I bought it new from Stovebolt many years ago.

I'm planning on stopping by a local Weber shop for some better jets in range what I read in the sticky
Sorry for the long post. I DID read the sticky and it answered alot of my questions
