Yes, it will. All 144/170/200 balancers are intherchangeable. But...
That's the short answer, but there are always "butts". If the 200 has a two pulley balancer and the 170 is only one groove, then you'll PROBABLY need the pulley off the 170 water pump too so that the grooves will align.
"Short" water pump pulleys and "long" water pump pulleys do not interchange. One pulley - I don't recall which - is about a 1/4 inch larger diameter than the other and will hit the balancer.
Finally, the heavier the balancer, the better the job it does in smoothing out harmonics in the crankshaft.
