i found a half dozen threads on the topic and a couple maybes and shouldas
where am i to find jets for the 1100/1101? or if you like what type will fit in 'er

i am upgrading a very leaky 1100 to a 1101 right now its only a 170 stock and i will have to lean the carb out til i find a 77 up head and cam OR a 80 up block/head something that justifies ~60 cfm extra
but the new carb only saw ~10 years use and mine seems to of seen 42 years and am afraid it's worn out if i cant find bushings of some sort to make up for the wear

thanks as always

i have heard of tapping for holleys but saw no definative answer

also any1 have a good start point for a 170 with a 1101 scv

Are you looking for an 1101 (larger bore than the 1100) with an SCV? I have one good one and one core, I might be interested in selling. These came stock on early 240 Ford big sixes. On the smaller Ford sixes, these are perfect for an early block (old distributor), later head (larger intake hole) combination.

already have 2 on the way...odd one was in his words a 1101 no scv and a 1101 with scv and they both spec as a 66 240 as far as i know they all had a scv? the 300 didnt use a 1101 afaik and had dual advance dizzy
so for cheap (compared to getting off my duff and finding one) i got 2 1101, what is the plural of 1101? 1101ia 1101s well whatever

i noticed the rebuild kit was for the 1100 and 1101 and like stated my stock 1100 is shot but will be saved with everything else for later sale with car if the ol girl pisses me off bad enough.

but when i rebuild this 1101 for a stock 170 i will need to change the jets from the 240 calibrated right?
