having trouble finding 170 clutch press. plate

Long time "Lurker", not too many posts, though. I came to the "experts" for this one. Does anyone know where I can get a 170 8.5" clutch pressure plate for a Mustang. I had trouble finding a flywheel, but came across 2 of 'em in a 1-1/2 year search, but no PP.
I was told by a couple people that I could use an entire clutch assy. from an early 80's 4 cylinder Mustang. Does anyone know if this is true. Thanks, Bob

There are two options, no of which are Ford products, but the good thing is that they work even better than the original.... do some reading you'll like this!!!!

I have had this same problem...I did find all these parts Remufactured at Napa yesterday....

OK this is the skinny,,,,

I bought a reman disk made out a realy good matirials from NAPA.

the Part number RCF398
price was $50.42
they did not take a core and this made me sad becouse it tells me they aren't making more of these 8.5 disc.

so I'm going to buy one more...
