So the FSPP Dual Outlet Header doesn’t fit '64-66 Mustangs (yet)? That leaves the Pacemaker Dual Outlet Headers, as the Hooker Super Comp Headers are most likely going to be too low, right? I'll have to double check my starter, because I always assumed that I had a low mount; but according to this site the low starters are below the oil pan gasket rim and high starters are above the oil pan rim (parallel to the freeze plugs). Which both sound somewhat "low" to me lol. If it turns out I do have a low mount starter, I'll have to wait for the redo on the FSPP headers. I’m rambling and talking out loud, but double check what I said and let me know if I’m close to being correct, heh.

They will be starting on the update of the FSPP dual out header next week. My guess is that it will take about eight weeks to get them in. But thats just a guess.
