Help to ID a head

I just bought a head at a garage sale but don't know what engine it was from. the casting numbers are C90DE-6090-M.
Can anyone help me out? Is there a site to De code the casting numbers.

I believe that is a 1989 head from a 250

It's the flat-topped log, 1969 head.

I saw on another post about how to ID a 250. It said to measure the deck height and count the waterpump mounting bolts.
It is 10 in height and has 4 bolts. I'm assuming it's a 69 250.
Not bad for $5.00
