High energy lifters?

Just got a set of these for the crossflow because they were such a good price and cost the same as regular lifters. Anyone ever use them. Do they actually help or is it all BS?

Hope you got the ones for a 289-351. The crossflow needs the oil thru design and the 144-250 US lifters will not work on this engine.

Other than that, they sshould be good to go. I'm not sure if there is anything special about Comp lifters, but maybe they have some process that ensures extra quality control.

Yeah, I got the 289 lifters ( which means I have 4 left over). I keep looking back at your Crossflow pages. Without you I would be totally lost!
