Holley 1940 Installation

I have a 1966 mustang, with a 200 I6, and a Holley 1940 1bbl Carb. There is a tube, on the right side of the carb, just below the air cleaner, that doesn't connect to anything. It goes directly into the top of the carb. Does anyone know if there is anything that is supposed to be connected to this tube?

If you have a nipple under the Air Cleaner base you can hook it up to it. Good luck
