Identifying a 250 or 200

im goin to the junk yard this sinday to look for a couple of test motor i would prefer 250s and this is where the question comes in what r som of the identifiers of a 250 that i should look for so i can make sure i dont get the wrong motor

and also which cars came with a 250
 
Mustangs, Mavericks, Granadas, Monarchs, Comets all could have had 250s, probably others as well.
 
The easiest way to distinguish the 250 from the 200 is that the 250 will have a four bolt waterpup whereas the 200 has a three bolt. I believe this goes for all years but I'm sure someone here will correct me if I'm wrong. Happy hunting!

Yep, they're Japanese alloy ones with a pressed metal impeller. Identifiable by a stylised "G" on the long spout. Large one carries C9... Ford P/N in small letters on the shaft nose.
