I just had to tell someone that would appreciate a well built I6. If anyone is considering importing an Aussie head, I highly suggest it. After months of work, I finaly fired mine up for the first time last night, and was completely blown away, just by the sound. I took out my 170, put in a 200 with a cam, header, 2bbl Holley and an aussie head and couldn't be more happy. Got most of my parts from Mike, it took some time, some money, but I don't believe my small block 8 friends will be making fun of me any longer. Don't want to sound like I'm bragging, I am just really pleased.

I will try to get some photos of it this weekend. I don't have a digital camera, but I'm sure I can round one up.

If you don't figure it out just email them to me and I will post them here for you! BTW, My son and I both love our Aussie heads.....been running then for almost 3 years, their GGGGGreat........
 
It's going to be a Merry Christmas for a few of our members. I have a crate coming over from OZ, which will be here next week (just cleared customs in LA), with six more heads. :wink:

Well, the list varies quite a bit. When I bought these six, I started notifing guys on the list. I went through quite a few to get six confirmations as they change their minds for one reason or another. Some don't want to pull the motor apart again (just rebuilt them), others decide to modify the log rather than wait, no money, etc. If your interested, best to add your name and then see where you're at when one is available.
 
Hey Mike, don't take em all! I'll have none for spare parts when I'm looking to do some head work in the coming years!

I understand Ponyboy's sentiments. I just love the sound of the 2V's.
Mine runs a single system and sounds great. However, I'm really looking forward to replacing it with a nice 3/4" twin system.
