Well the motor is in, the transmission is in, fans, coolers, oil lines, etc, etc, etc. NOW It is time for the Supercharger. Here are some pictures of the Falconstien........ My son is the only person on the planet more excited than me. 64 falcon, rebuilt 200, c4 tranny and a m90 supercharger. I wish I had a dad like me! Oh I did. As you see in the pictures the 390 cfm Holley is going on the back. Here are some pictures. Let us know what you think.

very interested in what you are doing there. a friend of mine has a 36 dodge rat rod with a small block that has one of those on it. i want to do the same conversion as these are low boost so i think as long as your dont go crazy with the pully size it would be great. do you have a thread somewhere talking about the conversion and mroe pics? thanks

What did you have to do to the blower to enable it to be used as a draw through? And how are you plumbing it to the head, through the stock carb inlet?

Okay, I see the snout, the carb adapter, but what's that on the side?? If it's where it bolts to the intake, isn't it on the wrong side?? :?

OK. everything is a trade off. The supercharger is "turned on its side" and the charged air will come out of the "top" and into the intake. I went on this side because everything I have seen is on the other side and I like to do things my way. The DUI ignition will not allow the blower on the otherside. Too tall. I will post more pictures soon. I used draw through because I didn't see a good way to mount the four barrel carb other wise. Please keep in touch....... Thanks for the input.

I am going to make a "pipe" from the supercharger to the intake log. The only real issue on this side of the engine is exhaust heat. I am goint to insulate the deflect heat under the supercharger and carb. I may also duct air between the supercharger and the exhaust. By moving the battery to the rear of the car. Every thng so far has gone smoothly. But I am still working on the drive pulley on the crank. Any ideas??????? So far I am working on having machined a pulley from a Tbird to bolt to the factory pulley. I also could use help on carb jetting specifications if anyone knows anything. I am going to start with jets 4 steps richer and go from there. Anyway we are having fun !!!!!!! Thanks to all

I would like to know how people are setting up the drive pulleys as well. I could make an entire new crank pulley with additional grooves, but if there is another simpler way, I'll take that route for now. Also, what sort of tensioner are people using on these?

I will post some pictures of a very simple tensioner set up I have seen on a Tahoe supercharger set up. Basicly it is a tensioner mounted to a bar of iron and a slot cut in it by moving it up and down the slot it is adjustable. The route I am taking is to machine a spacer useing the three threaded holes on the factory pulley on the 200.
