Howdy Back:
Which Autolite 2100 are you running? Does it have the original ID tag?
I'm guessing your elevation at about 700 ft. above sea level. Is that about right? IF so the stock jets will be a good place to start.
What is it the size of your current main jet? Is it the original, stock, OEM? Was this 2100 from a standard or auto trans car?
I usually start with the standard size jets in 1.08 & 1.14. 1.21 & 123 sometimes need to be reduced slightly. Jet sizes differ from standard trans equiped cars to Auto.
What # power valve are you going to be running? OEM Autolite and rebuild kit valves are not stamped as rated, but the books specify a 5, or 5" of vacuum for the PV to open. Holley Power Valves (PV) work in Autolite 2100s and range from 2.5" to 12.5". Again, I usually start with a stock one and tune from there.
The best (Cheapest) source is to glean from the junkyard. Pony Carb in Las Cruces, NM carries jets. Also check out the Ford Carburetor Forum.
