Maverick motor mounts

Need a little help here. My catalogs don't list a motor mount for a Mav with a 250, but do list a 200ci. However, in the past when I've shipped them out, they came back as the worng mounts. Therefore, I'm wondering if any of you guys with Mavericks would help me out by sending me pics of your mounts (200 and 250). In the car is fine. I looked at all the pics I have, but most of the time the mounts can't be seen. Either there not in the pic or its to dark down there.

i always thought they were the same but looking through my tech guide it shows 2 diagrams for I6 mounts. one for the 250 and another for the 200. they both look the same and the frame side mounts are the same part number but the insulator mounts for the 200 and 250 both have diffrent numbers. then between the insulator and block there is another metal bracket for the 250 but on the 200 it looks like that metal bracket is built into the insulator as one piece

then again my 25 year old chiltons might not be spot on accurate

I went to RockAuto and checked the insulotor numbers and they listed them as 2333 for both the 200 and 250 @ $3.33 each. I looked at a later model 200 mount in my garage and the engine mount is metal and separate from the rubber insulotor. If that is true, that leaves only the metal engine mount to examine. I am wondering if those are slightly different due to the increased deck height of the 250.

According to the Maverick boys over on their forum, the frame mounts are the same. I posted a request and got that info back from several individuals of credit.

OK, I think I got it.

I always thought the mounts bolted directly to the block (like Mustang mounts), but they don't. They both need an extra bracket that bolts between the block and insulator. However, the brackets must be different. It looks like the later mounts have a safety feature which holds the entire assembly together incase of insulator failure, where the early styles don't. It makes no difference if its a 200 or 250 block. Even tho they are similar, if you don't have the right bracket they won't work. Makes sense now. Thanks guys.
