modifications to Holley 5200 or Weber 32/36

What modifications to the carb. itself would have to be done to use these carbs? I've read somewhere on this forum that these are not just an "out-of-the-box" bolt on swap. Do the jets have to be changed? If so, to what size(s)? Does anything else on the carb. have to be changed?

i believe it was 65 idle and 150main to get you somewhere really close on a stock 200
