MSD 6AL w/Duraspark

I just got a brand new MSD 6AL ignition box and am wondering what diagram to use to instal it. Also, what else do I need to do to make it work, will I need to mess with the cars timing and all that jazz or can I just put it in, wire it up and then itll run fine? I go home Monday and will put it in on Tuesday so let me know guys, if you can put a diagram for wirting on here if its not in the book, Ide appreciate it. Thanx guys, Happy New Years.

I got the duraspark adapter harness from MSD for around $15.00 from summit IIRC...

Made the wiring just that much easier from the 6al unit to the distro itself!

The hardest part (IMO) was figuring out where to mount the MSD box

Looks good, thanx guys! I have an autogage tach and it says to get an adapter, will I have to or should I try it and see if it works without one? I think Ive got a good mounting possition, but Ill have to see when I get back, ohhhh, If I mount it where the other ignition is, next to the windshield washer bag, what size wire should I use to extend the wires that go to the battery? Thanx again

Use at least the same size wire as comes out of the box. 10 ga should work fine.
