removing my head ,i notice in the exhaust ports a goofy looking rod back by the valve stem..the car is from calif. have to think so is the head ..is this part of that pollution stuff back in 67...if so is it going to hinder the performance.....also the head bolts had no washers,going to get new bolts..what kind of washers do i get...
