Gotta 66 with 200 ci motor manual tranny. I'm looking to replace my failing ac system and am looking for recomendations. Any ideas?

Thanks for help/info

I have vintage air AC and it does the job great very reliable, BUT it's annoying to fix and a PITA to replace or change the hoses...
If I had to "do it again" I would go with "classic auto air" reason beinging
the vintage air utilizes the original heater hose holes, and everything connects "inside" the car.
the classic auto air has all hose connections on the engine compartment side, alot easier if you have to replace a leaking hose.
If you're thinking of a header system you'll have to modify the original holes for the alt out (mine was moved 1.5 inched away from the engine)

Which component(s) R failing? Y not just fix that?
Vintage & classic R as expensive as rehabin what U have (may B more so?)...
