New cam

Talked to a very respectable engine builder today about a cam for may 250, He gave me some numbers to go for with the new cam
Here they go>
Lobe center 112-114
235-245 @ 50
500-520 lift
How will my 250 behave with this cam?
Will give exact cam specs after I have it made.

sounds idential to my old speco xui grind for the 250, it was 240 @0.050 320 seat to seat, and 522 lift.. it worked mad and made 165 rear wheel kw, with lots of major work every where else of course. Def should have at least 3000 high stall or manual, power from 2800-5800, you will need beter springs retainers, can be used with normal rockers, just run early cast head push rods with the taperd end al the alloy head ones hit the back of the rocker at any thing over 500 lift... NICE CAM GO FOR IT
