how do i get the pin out of my old cam and if i do then do i reuse it in the new one.

I guess no one out there has every installed a new camshaft in a 200 6 banger.

dude...
it's been less than 24 hrs since you first asked the question... the rule is that you have to wait at least 48 hours till you get sarcastic*
;) :D

seriously, give it a little time, more information is ALWAYS good, what year? what type cam? stock? is the motor otherwise stock?
i don't know if any of the above will have a relevant use for anyone who knows the answer to this, but the more info you can give, the better, that's true for almost any question, i don't personally know the answer to this one, but i can guarantee that someone on here does
wait a little bit man, the answer will come

*this is my attempt at humor, some people like it, some don't, as long as you realize that i'm messing with you, and don't mean anything serious, it'll be alright

get a heat gun and heat up the cam shaft some, then cool it down. Use a pair of vice grips on the pin. It takes a little work, but eventually it will come out.

Or...try ordering a new pin.

It's true good things come to those who wait, a little heat and a few light taps and it came out.
