Oil pressure safety switch

I want to install one... but I also want my oil pressure guage, can I put some kind of T fitting in the block? or would that not work?

Sure. Use an NPT tee female/female/male (side leg). Brass is probably best as it will conduct nicely and not corrode in place. I'd seal threads with teflon paste or Permatex #3.

The only things you cant 'T' are temp senders because they usually want the probe to stick into the flow.

Same as your sender on the male leg, and the larger of the switch and sender, on the female run.
