What spark plugs do you use for the australian head??

All ford six plugs seem to be corse theard and it appears I need fine thread.

I'm using stock 200 sized plugs.

I went to put the spark plugs from my U.S 170 on my aussie head and they wouldn't thread. Maybe the fresh paint on my head kept them from going in? But I swear they looked fine thread.

M18×1.5 thread.

sotck plugs went right into mine as well. Clean that paint out of the threads and yours will too. I had to do the same

I know mine may seem not to thread, but that is the angle is wierd and I end up not putting it in at the right angle.

Turns out someone put inserts in the head I bought. They take later Ford V8 plugs. I ended up having to look them up for a 79 Granada with a 302.
