I am working on a 250 six, planning to use it in a 2 door Granada, and I ordered the direct mount 2bl carb adapter from Classic Inlines. I am in Canada, and will work on the car in the spring, just getting some parts together. So I waited about a month and didn't get the part, so I phoned Mike at Classic Inlines. He had the info on the shipping date and package number, showing that he sent it. He sent me another one , no charge, and I hadn't insured the package. The second one arrived in a week, and soon after, the first one arrived with stickers on it from the post office in the Cayman Islands. It was sent Dec 28 and got here in March , so it must of had a nice winter vacation. I would like to go there ,too ( it was -25 here yesterday). I sent the extra part back, but I might ask for insurance when I order the pistons.
I am thinking that the 255 pistons will make too much compression, and the Tempo pistons might work better for a daily driver.
