Perf. Build w/o HI-PO Bottom-end

My 200 has less than 500 miles on it...Can I put in a Hi-Po cam and rebuild the head with performance parts, including the 1.6 roller tip adjustable rocker arm, Si Chrome valves, pushrods, lifters and retainer springs without internally balancing the bottom end? Again, I'm not going to race it, just want to hit it a little now and then and enjoy those weekend rides. :

The 200 in my car now is a stock 64 200 with four mains and it has held up to 12psi of boost over and over again. They are very strong!

This is excatly what I am doing with my 300. I only have a cam thrust plate
to get and I will have all my parts ready to be installed.
