Hi, if you have not already bought the divider, you can purchase it from Clifford Performance. The divider divides exhaust ports 3 and 4 to equalize the flow from these ports. A port divider is necessary if you are going to install a performace header (I recommend the header from FSPP) but it is also a good idea to install it even if you keep the stock manifold. The divider will have to be grinded to fit correctly. This can be done with a Dremel tool and some grinding stone attachments. You will have to test fit the divider, grind it, test fit, and repeat this process until the divider can slide smoothly into the port and stay there. The epoxy can be purchased from Cotronics. The epoxy will be applied to the divider anwhere it will contact the inside of the exhaust ports. Basically: The top, bottom, sides, and the middle of the front part of the divider. You must wait 24 hours (or more, to be safe) before starting the engine. Good luck.

I bought some 3000 degree exhaust repair epoxy at my local auto parts store. I had to look around a bit, and ask a guy there who was really knowledgeable, but it was there and I coated the port divider where it contacts the head, and cleaned up.....that was that. The cost of the epoxy at the auto parts was two or three dollars.

I used a bench grinder to fit my divider, and I did just as described above. Grind, fit, grind, fit, grind, fit. Only took about 20 minutes.

I posted some pics like Justin did if you want to see them.
