I think I am fixing to get a spare engine..... if I do I am going to do one of two things:

1. Custom tricarb setup

2. 2 barrel with a turbo

do any of you have a picture of the progressive throttle linkage? I am not paying what they want for a manifold when I can fab one myself with no problem.

You might look at some of the old dual 4 bbl linkage on Chevy's in the 50's & 60's for an idea. Go to this site, and they have a drawing of the linkage. The setup runs off the rear carb primarily. You can see a bolt or rod that slips or travels thru a lever on the front carb. When the head of the bolt hits the lever, the front carb begins openning. It is a pretty simple setup that could be faricated easily.

If the link does not work got to Corvette Central's website and look up carb linkage for 58 to 62 Vettes. You might also check out some of the tri carb linkage used in '67 Vettes.

Thank man, that helps if I go that way but I am thinking now I may just stick a 2 barrel on it.
