Project Update

Well, the short block's about done. The head is ready for the new SI valves and now is being ported. The C-4's rebuilt and the higher stall converter is here. Located an 8.8 3.73, but still looking for one with a Traction-Lok. And, the carbed Buick turbo arrived today. Things are looking up.

I'm figuratively hopping from foot to foot, antsy to get the long block on an engine stand and start mocking things up. I'm sure I'll run into problems--but the problem solving is half the fun.

Sounds like christmas came a bit early (and rather costly), keep us up to date, and you can never take too many pictures..some of us poor folk gotta live vicariously through those of you that actually get to play with your toys
