I have thought about upgrading to a 1" sway bar in my stang and wanted to know how it will affect the ride. Also, does it add (or relieve) any stress on the stock 6 cly. suspension?

GET IT!!!

No question worth the money.
use Poly bushings on the front and arm pillars... use moly grease on them too.

I agree with Red... match it up with more support up top.. if you strengthen the upper and lower areas you will feel a drastic difference.

Not too mention save a bundle in alignments and tires.

Ditto. Its great. Add a Monte Carlo bar too.

It doesn't really affect the ride, but will make a huge difference in the handling.

8) i have a 1" bar on the falcon and even though it is not hooked up right, it is still worth the price of admission. definately get it.

I have a 15/16 sway bar. What end links would I need. I have heard of a few different setups that i need. I have a old post with 3 or 4 differnet pieces form other cars to use and I have been told that a regular Mustang set will work. A few years ago, i bought a early mustang GT sway bar and put it on my hardtop. I bought the sway bar off of a Granada few months ago and they look to be the same bar.
