question about my head

i currently have a 170 in my 62 comet. the back head bolt sleave is cracked (from torqueing it down to hard) so it leaks from the water jacket that is behind that bolt. i'm going to pull the head to fix the sleave. while the head was off i 'm thinking of switching heads. i'm going to put a 200 in it. should i build up a 200 hex log head to tranfer over to my 200 in the future or buy the aluminum head and intake and transfer that to the future 200.

If you are thinking of going to an aluminum head in the future and your budget will allow for it, you will be better off just re-installing your current head and saving money on rebuilding a 200 head if you do not plan on using the 200 head in the future.
