I'm updating my website again tonite, and I'm running a FSPP 272 duration 480 lift cam.

That lift (.480) is rated with 1.5 ratio rocker arms. Whats the lift with the 1.6 ratio rollers I'm running??

.508 lift??

I forgot the formula on how to figure this out....

thanks,

Doug

Doug, I thought the FSPP 274 cam had .300 lift at the cam X 1.5=.450, 1.6 X .300=.480 then .300 X 1.65=..495.

This is the lift Mike spec's out for the 274 cam, where did you get the 272?? Thats a clifford camshaft unless you have a special grind??

If we use your .480 lift with a 1.5 rocker arm ratio, then the cam has .320 at the lobe X 1.6=.512, with a 1.65 rocker it is .528.

Let us know. Bill

if i remember correctly mike had different selection cams for sale about a year ago and he has since changed them i little bit

Thanks for the help fellas!!!!

I was looking at the cam card (finally found it) and it says 274 duration .480 lift because it was a custom grind IIRC.

So that should make it a .512 lift right? With the 1.6 roller rockers?

Thanks!

Doug
