Quick question I've been wondering about

So do the springs of the valve train need to match the cam or do they need to be matched with the rockers? I heard springs should be upgraded when rocker ration increases; however, also have heard the springs should be matched to the cam. I guess ideally all three should be matched

8) the spring rate needs to be matched to the cam. the spring size needs to be matched to the rocker arms.
