Radiator Hose Diameters

I picked up a heavy duty 3 row 6 cylinder radiator (inlet on passenger side and outlet on driver side). But the hose diameters don't match my '69 200. The new radiator has 1.25 inch inlet and 1.5 outlet diameters, but the old one has 1.5 and 1.75 dimensions. Were the later 200's fitted with a different water pump with wider hoses?

I can't answer your specific question but I can tell you that I have switched early 170 and late 200 water pumps around and they fit. The thermostat housings should interchange too. Also if you take your old hoses to a parts store for comparison, I bet that you will find set of hoses that are a close match to what you need.
