ring end gap

my ring end gap for compression rings is 0.025. the manual says 0.010-0.020, the box the rings came in says 0.004 gap per inch of diameter, MINIMUM. They don't specify maximum.
Does this mean they over-bored my block?

i assume this is for your 200, and if so then .025 should be good to go. but i doubt the block was overbored since you are only .005 off from factory spec.
