Rocker arm oiling question

I read in the Falcon Performance Book about using a shoulder bolt off a later model 250 to improve oil flow to the rockers. My question is - could the same thing be accomplished by slightly enlarging the bolt hole in the head which feeds the rocker? I already enlarged the adjacent passage with a Dremel.

I just read the sticky about improving shaft oiling. I should have read it before I posted the question - it clearly states that enlarging the hole is an alternative to using the shoulder bolt. :roll:
