Running Dual Exhaust, what else needs changed?

I am running 65 GT dual exhaust on my Mustang.. What else needs changed and modified.. I remember someone saying the brake lines are run different???

Can someone who has done this give me a short checklist???

I posted this question a few days ago see my post dual exhaust and brake lines. The consensus was to check the rear hose to exhaust pipe clearance when you install but there should not be a problem.
