SPARK PLUG GAP FOR 200

hey guys imma changing all the sparkplugs in the comet tommarow and i need to know the gap for them im use to my old 240 that was gapped at 34 what would be the best gap for the 200 any help would be great thanks guys

.032-.036 by the book, (wider...like up to ~.050 w/pertronix or electronic ignition)

8) if you are still running the stock ignition then gap the plugs at .035" and if you are using an electronic ignition gap the plugs at .040". these have always worked best for me, even on the race cars.

This has gone around throughout the years. One of my posts from 2004 basically looks at several configurations that one would have as far as the health of your setup. Each has a different possible gap you could run.

Do a search for Plug Gap. There are many different types of configurations and opinions to consider.
