My head arrived last Wednesday, and Carter, my engine builder, and I cc'd the chambers yesterday. In prepping to do it, Carter dumped out his box of old spark plugs to find one to plug the spark plug hole. Seems this head needs a "long-reach peanut plug". He asked what kind of plugs does this head use? "I guess I don't know!" was my answer.
So my question to the Forum: What kind of spark plugs do you use in the CI Aluminum head? I'll be running NA using a Holley 390 cfm 4-bbl, 274-12 cam, 6-into-2 header. Street thrills only, no serious racing.
