stock 240 turbo

is it possible to turbo a COMPLETELY STOCK 240 six cylinder? if it is, would there be a noticeable gain in power? what type of turbo should i look for? what is the maximun boost this engine can handle? Any suggestions or comments are welcome. Thanks.

yes, it is possible
however, it would be advisable to do this on a fresh engine, and if you're doing that the best thing to do would be to add ARP studs and bolts for safety, and upgrade the intake to fit a bigger carb so you don't het any issues with that

i wouldn't go above 15PSI on a fresh engine, and even that might be a bit much
