Timing Advance

I have a 68 mustang with a 200ci inline six. I cant find the timing advance specs. so if anyone here knows it woulde be greatly appreciated.

its a 3 speed manual

With manual tranny '64-'65 200s had 6*, '80 had 12* so you should get along with anything in between...depends a lot what kind of curve you have on your centrifugals and your vacuum advance. I have tried settings from 0* to 28* initial advance and it really is a matter of other things to dictate to final solution. Go for 10* for example, I think you'll be happy with it.
